ZARA BARUA

Back in 2014, Zara decided to spend the summer working at the, then brand new, Bar eS. 8 Years later she hasn’t managed to leave and having become Director/Co-owner of the company in 2016.

ADAM SLAUGHTER

Originally a part-time team member, Adam worked up to General Manager, operating both Keswick and Ambleside locations. Using the experience and knowledge he gained at Bar eS, he has gone on to become owner and operator of Square Orange in Keswick. Let’s not forget he also co-owns our new craft beer shop, Craft Beer Keswick!

SAM ROWLEY

Once again, Sam’s journey started with a temporary summer job at Bar eS and after shaking a whole lotta’ cocktails, was promoted to Trainee Manager in 2019.
